By using this website or booking Network Portcore coaching, you accept these terms. Our services are educational and focus on chart-reading practice. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to transact, trade signals, brokerage, portfolio management, or a promise of financial performance. You remain solely responsible for market and account decisions.
Eligibility and bookings
Participants must be at least 20 years old or have legal capacity to contract under applicable law. A booking is confirmed only after we agree the scope and schedule in writing and receive the stated payment. You must provide accurate contact information and attend with suitable equipment for the selected format.
Educational risk
Trading and investing can result in substantial loss. Historical charts, replay exercises, and examples do not predict future conditions. No method eliminates false breakouts, slippage, gaps, or loss. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
Intellectual property
The site text, worksheets, lesson structure, graphics, and original training materials belong to Network Portcore or their stated licensors. A participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Recording sessions, republishing worksheets, or selling course material requires prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misrepresent our content as financial advice, or use our materials to operate a signal service. Links to third-party charting or market resources do not imply control or endorsement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network Portcore is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market-data errors, indirect loss, or decisions made from educational material. Our aggregate liability for a paid service is limited to the fee paid for that service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update site material, refuse or end a session for abusive conduct, or revise these terms prospectively. Terms applying to a confirmed booking will not be changed retroactively without agreement.
Governing law
