Private coaching and chart reviews
Cancel a confirmed private session at least 48 hours before its start for a full refund of the unused session fee, or reschedule once without charge. A cancellation received less than 48 hours before the session is eligible for a 50% refund. A no-show or cancellation after the scheduled start is non-refundable.
For the four-session Lab, completed sessions and written chart comments already delivered are deducted at their stated pro-rata value. The remaining unused amount is refunded according to the notice periods above. Work already performed cannot be refunded merely because market results differed from expectations.
Workshops
Workshop places cancelled at least seven calendar days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations from three to six days before receive 50%. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, although you may nominate another eligible participant before the workshop begins.
If Network Portcore cancels a workshop or cannot offer a reasonable replacement date, you may choose a full refund or transfer the full amount to another session. Printed materials prepared specifically for a private group may be deducted only when disclosed in the written quote.
How to request a refund
Email contact@network-portcore.click with your name, booked service, session date, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are approved within five working days and returned to the original payment method, normally appearing within 7–14 working days depending on the bank.
Exceptions and changes
Illness, severe travel disruption, or another exceptional circumstance will be considered fairly when documented. One agreed rescheduling does not reset the original cancellation window indefinitely. Deposits for custom group work are refundable only as stated in the accepted quote, particularly where venue or facilitator costs have already been committed.
