Information we collect
We receive the name, email, selected coaching format, and message submitted through the enquiry form. When arranging a service, we may also hold a phone number, schedule, invoice details, attendance record, and charts you voluntarily send. We ask participants to remove account numbers, balances, and brokerage identifiers from screenshots.
Purposes and legal basis
We use enquiry information to answer your request and take steps toward a booking. Booking and payment records are used to perform our agreement and meet accounting obligations. Limited correspondence may be retained for legitimate interests in service quality and dispute handling. We request consent before using a testimonial publicly.
Sharing and international transfers
Information may be handled by limited providers supporting email, file storage, video meetings, hosting, and accounting. Some providers may process data outside Thailand. Where required, we use contractual safeguards and review provider security. We do not sell personal data or provide coaching charts to advertisers.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Coaching correspondence and submitted charts are retained for up to two years after the final session unless you request earlier deletion and no legal need prevents it. Tax and transaction records may be kept for the period required by Thai law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Thai data-protection law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. We may verify identity before acting on a request.
Security and updates
We restrict data access, use reputable service providers, and avoid requesting brokerage credentials. No internet transmission is completely secure. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page. Read our cookie notice for browser storage details.
